Project Manager

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of residential development projects from inception to completion.
• Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and resources to meet or exceed defined targets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues quickly to maintain timelines and quality.
• Collaborate with senior management to align project objectives with company goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports, cost analyses, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors, clients, and internal teams to support project success.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10–20 years of experience in project management within the construction or real estate industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering premium residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and local regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools, scheduling software, and MS Office Suite.
