We are currently looking for a Project Manager in India.We are seeking an organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and deliver strategic initiatives across digital and IT functions. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. Accountabilities:
- Lead full project lifecycle management, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while maintaining detailed plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor progress using tools like MS Project, Excel, and dashboards, ensuring timely issue resolution
- Facilitate regular status meetings, risk assessments, and performance reporting to stakeholders
- Support Statement of Work (SOW) development and vendor coordination for related initiatives
- Ensure compliance with service levels and contractual obligations
Requirements
- 4-5 years of project management experience, ideally in IT or digital transformation
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
- Experience with global teams and remote stakeholders is advantageous
- Familiarity with AEM, DAM, or web migration projects is desirable
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
