Project Manager

Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to oversee and coordinate projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget constraints.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionDevelop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocationCoordinate cross-functional teams and manage project dependenciesMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to established timelines and quality standardsImplement project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) as appropriateStakeholder ManagementServe as primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teamsConduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholdersManage expectations and resolve conflicts or issues that arise during project executionPrepare and present project reports to senior managementRisk Management & Quality AssuranceIdentify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategiesEnsure deliverables meet quality standards and client requirementsConduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learnedMaintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standardsTeam LeadershipLead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectivesFacilitate effective communication and collaboration among team membersProvide guidance and support to team members throughout project lifecycleCoordinate resource allocation and manage team workloadRequired QualificationsExperience & EducationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of proven project management experienceExperience managing projects with budgets ranging from ₹10 lakhs to ₹2 croresTrack record of successfully delivering atleast 1 project on time and within budgetTechnical SkillsProficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana)Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum)Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Experience with collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Confluence)Core CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills=Leadership and team management capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong organizational and time management skillsPreferred QualificationsPMP or Agile certificationExperience in [specific industry - IT]Knowledge of budget management and financial analysisExperience working with international clients or distributed teamsFamiliarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, CMMI)
