Project Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

• Plan, schedule, and manage construction activities as per approved project timelines.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Coordinate day-to-day site activities with contractors, consultants, and vendors.

Cost & Budget Control

• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Review BOQs, estimates, and contractor bills; highlight cost deviations.
• Support management in cost optimization initiatives.

Quality & Safety Management

• Ensure construction quality as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Implement and monitor safety norms at the project site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and PMC teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Planning, Contracts, Procurement, and Sales.
• Manage communication with statutory authorities for approvals and inspections.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and present regular project status reports, MIS, and progress updates.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, approvals, variations, and site records.
• Track risks, issues, and corrective actions.

Statutory & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with RERA, local building bylaws, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Support statutory inspections and certifications as required.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong project planning and execution capabilities.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and sequencing.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, MS Excel, and reporting tools.

Educational Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• PMP / NICMAR / Project Management certification (Preferred)

Experience

• 8–12 years of experience in managing real estate or high rise construction projects.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate projects preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
