Position Description

Punchh is seeking a

proactive and driven Project Manager

to join our

Mobile & Web Software team

. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building flow diagrams, managing complex project tasks, and working cross-functionally across teams. You will lead

end-to-end project execution

and play a crucial role in delivering seamless, high-quality solutions for our global enterprise clients.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Entrees (Must-Have Requirements):

  • 6–10 years of experience in Project Management (preferably in a SaaS or product-based company)
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum methodologies)
  • Experience managing web and mobile application projects
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or MS Project

With a Side Of (Good-to-Have Skills)

  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Experience working with US-based teams or clients
  • Hands-on experience in creating flowcharts or wireframes
  • Technical background or understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud technologies
  • Experience with QA/testing processes and deployment cycles

  • Lead the planning and execution of multiple technical projects
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, and product teams to define project scope and deliverables
  • Track and manage timelines, resource allocation, and project risks
  • Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction for key product milestones
  • Provide clear project updates and reports to internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement in project processes and tools
