Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project risks, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. The role also involves tracking progress, resolving challenges, and driving successful completion of technology solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and risk management
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills
• Knowledge of SD-WAN, IoT solutions, and cloud-native technologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (PMP or equivalent certification is a plus)
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in telecom or IoT solutions is advantageous
