Job Title: Project Manager

Company Name: MKC Agro Fresh Limited

Experience: 4 yrs to 7 years

Salary: up to 50k

Location: Amravati Maharashtra

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Manage and supervise the project from start to finish, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

- Provide regular updates to the Director on project progress, including highlight reports, milestone achievements, and issue escalation

- Identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary

- Ensure that all project stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including records of machines ordered, received, and installed

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of machines and equipment

- Track and update the status of machines and equipment, including delivery schedules, installation, and testing

- Ensure that all machines and equipment meet the required quality standards and specifications

- Liaise with the finance team to ensure that all payments to suppliers and vendors are made in a timely manner

- Update the Director on the status of machines and equipment, including any issues or delays

Requirements:

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar role

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to manage and motivate a team

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or computer science

- Experience in procurement and logistics management

- Ability to coordinate with suppliers and vendors

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Familiarity with inventory management and tracking systems
