Project Description

Our current Bandra project is a premium redevelopment requiring tight coordination across design, contractors, and site teams, executed with a planning-first, quality-driven approach.

We are building an execution culture that values predictability, clarity of responsibility, and disciplined site management, supported by lean thinking and technology.

Role Description

The Project Manager will take end-to-end responsibility for site execution under the guidance of the General Manager – Projects. This is a leadership role for someone who can own planning, execution, and team performance together.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning execution schedules and ensuring alignment with overall project milestones
• Driving pull-planning, look-aheads, and commitment-based tracking
• Leading Assistant PMs, engineers, and supervisors on site
• Managing contractors on productivity, sequencing, manpower, and quality
• Ensuring execution as per GFC drawings, specifications, IS codes, and approvals
• Coordinating closely with consultants for drawings, RFIs, and change management
• Monitoring quality benchmarks, rework reduction, and snag closure
• Supporting the GM on progress reporting, risk reviews, and commercial logic
• Enabling tech-driven reporting and structured site processes

Qualifications & Ideal Profile

• Minimum 12+ years of experience

   in residential / redevelopment projects
• Proven ability to manage 

  planning + execution simultaneously

• Strong leadership skills with experience handling multi-level site teams
• Exposure to 

  lean construction practices and structured scheduling systems

• Comfortable using planning, reporting, and site-tech tools
• Calm, decisive, and outcome-oriented leadership style
