About Position:

Project Planning & Execution Lead offshore project planning, task allocation, and execution for multiple imaging upgrade and migration workstreams.

What You'll Do:

• Project Planning & Execution.
• Lead offshore project planning, task allocation, and execution for multiple imaging upgrade and migration workstreams.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and issue resolution for offshore deliverables.
• Ensure all offshore tasks align with program milestones and hospital site schedules. Coordination with Onsite Teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact between offshore teams and onsite program leadership. Facilitate daily standups, weekly status calls, and reporting to maintain project visibility and alignment.
• Coordinate with onsite architects, program managers, and clinical SMEs to ensure smooth handoffs and dependency management. Quality and Compliance.
• Enforce quality assurance practices, documentation standards, and compliance with healthcare regulations(HIPAA, HITECH).

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Support offshore testing teams in developing and executing validation strategies for data migration and integrations. Governance & Reporting.
• Track project progress using tools like Jira/MS Project and provide status reports, dashboards, and KPIs to the Program Manager.
• Support change management processes including scope control, change requests, and stakeholder approvals.
• Qualifications-Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in IT services delivery with at least 5+ years in healthcare IT.
• Strong experience managing offshore teams for large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of clinical imaging applications (PACS, VNA, Cardiology) and integration with EHR systems.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
