Project Manager

As an experienced and results-driven Project Manager, you will be leading and managing construction and infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your role will involve managing cross-functional teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. - Lead the planning and implementation of construction and infrastructure projects. - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. - Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets. - Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and cost constraints. - Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors. - Monitor and report project progress and performance using appropriate systems and tools. - Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and issues. - Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, safety, and environmental standards. - Conduct site visits, inspections, and regular team meetings. - Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities. - Handle project documentation including contracts, reports, and permits. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management. - Minimum 7-10 years of experience in construction or infrastructure project management. - Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD). - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines. - Familiarity with contract administration and cost estimation.,
