Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented *Supervisor (Civil)* to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for *fresh diploma holders in Civil Engineering* to gain hands-on experience in site supervision, project coordination, and quality control under the guidance of senior engineers. *Key Responsibilities:* * Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure project execution as per design and specifications. * Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and site engineers to maintain workflow and timelines. * Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed on-site. * Maintain project documentation including daily progress reports, material usage, and attendance. * Assist in site measurements, layout planning, and material inspections. * Communicate effectively with the project team and escalate issues as needed. *Requirements:* * Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution (Freshers are welcome). * Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work at project sites and adapt to field conditions. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
