Roles And Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly to ensure minimal disruption to workflows and maintain service continuity. Oversee inventory accuracy and support inventory control processes to ensure stock integrity and availability. Prepare and submit comprehensive shift reports, highlighting key performance indicators, achievements, and any operational issues encountered. Collaborate with fellow shift supervisors and management to ensure smooth transitions and continuity across shifts. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates, fostering a high performance culture aligned with daily operational objectives. Daily operations including manpower and logistics coordination. Manage end-to-end kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards while optimizing efficiency.

Additional Skills: Problem-Solving Attention to Detail Leadership Skills Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the Hospitality Industry. Immediate Joiners Required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
