The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate books of accounts (Journal, Ledger, Trial Balance). Handle accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and bank reconciliations. Prepare GST, TDS, PF, and ESI filings and returns. Generate project-wise costing and profitability reports. Monitor billing cycles, follow-up for payments, and record receipts. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparations. Coordinate with the site team and vendors for financial data. Use accounting software such as Tally ERP, MS Excel, or other ERP tools. Requirements: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance. 2–5 years of accounting experience in a construction/interior firm. Sound knowledge of Tally, GST, and TDS. Familiarity with construction project billing and site accounting practices. Proficient in MS Excel and document management. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. You are a dedicated and experienced Design & Estimation Specialist (2D & 3D) responsible for overseeing daily site operations to ensure construction activities are completed on time and within quality standards. Your key responsibilities include supervising and coordinating site workers, subcontractors, and construction activities, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards, maintaining daily site reports and material usage logs, coordinating with project engineers and contractors for smooth workflow, inspecting work progress and quality, and reporting issues to management, as well as ensuring timely availability of materials and resources on site. To be successful in this role, you should have an ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Civil Engineering, a minimum of 2 years of experience in site supervision, strong knowledge of construction methods and site management, ability to read drawings and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, good communication and leadership skills, and familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and site reporting tools is an advantage.
