We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant with 2–5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts (Journal, Ledger, Trial Balance).
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare GST, TDS, PF, and ESI filings and returns.
• Generate project-wise costing and profitability reports.
• Monitor billing cycles, follow-up for payments, and record receipts.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparations.
• Coordinate with the site team and vendors for financial data.
• Use accounting software such as Tally ERP, MS Excel, or other ERP tools.

Requirements:

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience in a construction/interior firm.
• Sound knowledge of Tally, GST, and TDS.
• Familiarity with construction project billing and site accounting practices.
• Proficient in MS Excel and document management.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Tally ERP, Zoho Books and other accounting software.
