Design & Estimation Specialist (2D & 3D)

As a Design & Estimation Specialist (2D & 3D), your role involves supervising and coordinating site workers, subcontractors, and construction activities. You will be responsible for ensuring that work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Your daily tasks will include maintaining site reports, attendance records, and material usage logs, as well as coordinating with project engineers and contractors for smooth workflow. Additionally, you will inspect work progress and quality, reporting any issues to management and ensuring timely availability of materials and resources on site. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and construction activities - Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards - Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and material usage logs - Coordinate with project engineers and contractors for smooth workflow - Inspect work progress and quality, and report issues to management - Ensure timely availability of materials and resources on site Qualifications Required: - ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Civil Engineering - Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision - Strong knowledge of construction methods and site management - Ability to read drawings and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards - Good communication and leadership skills - Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and site reporting tools is an advantage In this role, you will be working full-time on a permanent basis with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, and quarterly bonuses.
