Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage construction or waterproofing activities at various sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with teams, monitoring daily operations, resolving on-site challenges, and ensuring resource allocation aligns with project requirements. The Site Supervisor will also maintain communication with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications

Experience in site supervision, project coordination, and team management

Knowledge of construction techniques, waterproofing materials, and quality control processes

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and client relationship management skills

Basic knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards for construction sites

Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

Proficiency with site reporting and data recording tools is an advantage

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
