Site Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with industry-standard construction management software. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of coordinating multiple teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. The Site Supervisor will play a critical role in delivering high-quality construction projects while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize workflow
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
• Monitor project budgets and assist with construction estimating as needed
• Ensure proper use of tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and other specialized equipment
• Prepare reports on project status, potential risks, and issues requiring resolution

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising teams on active sites
• Extensive knowledge of construction site safety standards, OSHA regulations, and quality control procedures
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Familiarity with contracts, construction estimating, budgeting, and managing project scopes
• Hands-on experience with construction site operations including use of measurement tools like ohmmeters
• Strong communication skills to coordinate between clients, contractors, vendors, and team members
• Construction site experience in heavy civil or infrastructure projects preferred
