Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with 3 to 6 years of experience to lead our team in delivering high-quality IT services and consulting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple projects simultaneously, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Manage and deliver IT services and consulting projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and design, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
• Communicate project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies in all project activities.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT services and consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals.
