Scrum Master

All about the Role:

Ensure all Scrum Events are scheduled and executed well

Ensure JIRA Boards and Dashboards are updated on daily basis
Update Confluence on regular basis
Define Team Capacity and provide inputs to pre-PI Planning
Facilitate SAFe Events – PI Planning, Innovation Day, Inspect and Adapt
Capture, maintain, consolidate, present Agile Metrics for Teams, Programs and Portfolio
Contribute to lean Agile Centre of Excellence / PETO and Community of Practices (CoP)
Collaborate with all Stakeholders on Agile Release Train (ART)
Emphasize on bringing Agile / SAFe Principles in Practices
With primary focus on “Measure and Grow”, capture the current state compare with baseline and take up action items for improvements
Stay tune to updates on Product Roadmap and communicate with team
Be the local coach for team

What you’ll bring:

Must Have

Minimum 10 years of IT experience, 3+ yrs as Scrum Master
In depth knowledge of how Scrum, Kanban, XP and Scaling Agile models works
CSM or equivalent Certification
Experience of facilitating 1-3 Scrum / Kanban Team at a time
Experience to work across time zones and with remote teams
Hands-on Experience on JIRA, Confluence, Aha
Knowledge of SAFe Framework
Exposure to TDD, BDD, CI/ CD, Automation etc.
A quick learner and nimble adopt new practices

Should Have

SAFe Certification (SSM / SASM /SA) preferred
Exposure to Insurance Domain
Background of Product Development / Software Delivery
