Project Manager

Position Purpose

To take ownership of the full Project Management Lifecycle of projects from across the region for multiple core banking applications across various business lines.

• Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes
• Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
• Communicate project details and schedules to the Business as required
• Maintains project documents repository in Sharepoint
• Use standard tools and templates for reporting and change requests.
• Manage Project Risk and Issues with appropriate mitigate plan.
• Conduct workgroup and steering committee & OPCO meetings with stakeholders

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Project Management skills in Core Banking systems
• Good hands on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects)
• Handson experience in Project Management Tools (Clarity / JIRA / ServiceNow)
• Good to have exposure to Oracle, Autosys /Unix/Linux
