Job Title: Project Manager – Legal Services Location: Mohali, Punjab Experience Required: 6+ years Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager – Legal Services to lead and manage multiple client-facing eDiscovery projects using industry-standard platforms such as Relativity, iConect, etc. The role involves overseeing cross-functional teams, ensuring project quality and budget adherence, mentoring team members, and serving as the primary liaison with clients. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strong legal acumen, technical expertise, and leadership experience within the legal services and eDiscovery domain. Key Responsibilities: Client and Project Management Lead and manage 4+ simultaneous projects across 3–4 clients, depending on size and scope. Prepare detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) aligned with client requirements, project specifications, and reporting standards. Collaborate closely with Client Project Managers and Review Managers to ensure successful project execution. Create and manage project budgets with strict adherence to client-approved costs. Provide strategic oversight on technical workflows: search terms, layouts, QC protocols, analytics, etc. Prepare and present project status reports, ensuring transparency and timely updates to clients. Lead internal training plans tailored for dedicated client projects. Team and People Management Directly manage a team of 2 Assistant Project Managers (APMs), 3–4 Team Leads (TLs), and 60–80 Sr. Associates/Associates. Handle team escalations, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback. Mentor APMs and TLs; identify and support growth opportunities within the team. Drive daily briefings and debriefings to ensure alignment on project protocols and team productivity. Oversee quality control, productivity metrics, and issue resolution across multiple teams. Requirements: Licensed attorney with a strong foundation in legal support and eDiscovery. Minimum 6 years of experience in the legal industry, including 4–5 years in project management within eDiscovery services. Proven experience managing people, resolving team challenges, and mentoring junior staff. Deep understanding of Relativity, iConect, and other major legal platforms. Relativity certification preferred. Hands-on experience with tools and processes related to CIR (Continuous Improvement Review) and MDR (Managed Document Review). Strong technical skills: SharePoint, Advanced Excel, and familiarity with search/query creation, STRs, batching, and data analytics. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Must be flexible to work in shifts based on project demands. Ability to work from the office in Mohali.
