Role Overvie wThe Project Manager at Koru Design LLP drives end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets while fostering strong client relationships. The role requires Agile expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in managing enterprise design and development projects . Locatio n: Remote (Indi a)Job Typ e: Full-ti meSalary Range (INR ): 15 to 18 L PA Key Responsibilit ies Project & Client Manage mentLead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality are met.Build trust with clients by fostering strong relationships and clear communication at all lev els.Facilitate requirements gathering, executive reviews, and cross-functional feedb ack.Communicate project updates, plans, and outcomes to stakeholders with confidence and clar ity. Agile Process & Team Collabor ationChampion agile methodologies and ensure discipline in Scrum rituals like sprint planning and retrospect ives.Collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams to maintain alignment and achieve shared g oals.Enable iterative development by balancing MVPs, scoping, and release planning with a focus on user n eeds. Product Thinking & De liveryAct as a product owner by ensuring functional specs, user stories, and change requests are clear, actionable, and aligned with business goals.Maintain design integrity and ensure solutions meet both user needs and project objectives in the long-term while addressing short-term deliver ables.Drive decision-making to prioritize features, manage risks, and deliver impactful out comes. Operational Exc ellenceOptimize resource allocation, monitor team productivity, and ensure project profita bility.Maintain high-quality documentation, including timelines, roadmaps, and functional specific ations.Proactively identify and resolve risks and blockers to keep projects on track. Requ irements Experience & Expertise4+ years of experience in project management, product management, or consulting roles, managing enterprise product design and development projects (B2B or HealthTech pr eferred).Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Basecamp, Wrike, etc for project tracking.Proven ability to work closely with design, engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.Familiarity with UX processes such as prototyping, user research, and usability testing. Skills & AttributesExceptional client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and align sta keholders.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simul taneously.Proactive problem solver with a focus on delivering results and managing risks ef fectively.A collaborative team player with excellent presentation and storytelli ng skills.Bonus: Certifications like UX-PM, PMP, or Agile credentials; experience with enterprise apps in healthcare/supply-chain/logistic domains; knowledge of WCAG c omplianc e.
