Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in managing complex, cross-

functional projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management, People Management,

Cost Control, Quality Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management and ISO processes. This role

requires the ability to manage projects from planning to delivery and a deep understanding of both Agile and

Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Drive project execution, ensuring quality standards are met throughout all project phases.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, design, QA) to ensure seamless execution of project tasks. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Handle project risks and issues, identifying solutions and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Lead communication with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate closely with development teams (C# .NET /C++/Java), QA/testing teams, and automation engineers (PLC, SCADA).
• Prepare technical estimations and proposals for RFQs using industry-standard estimation techniques.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate for each project.
• Oversee integration of software and control systems in industrial environments.
• Employ estimation techniques to create proposals for Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.
• Collaborate with teams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate for each project.
• Utilize tools like JIRA, Git, SVN, Microsoft Project Plan (MPP) to track progress and manage tasks.
• Facilitate team growth and development through effective people management practices.
• Provide leadership in the adoption of best practices, ensuring continuous improvement in project delivery.

Ensure compliance with corporate policies, ISO standards, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, E&TC Engineering, or a related field (master's preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in project management with proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience in BMS solutions, IoT solutions, Cloud solutions, and Mobile App development is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Git, MPP, SVN and others.
• Expertise in managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong understanding of estimation techniques for creating project proposals and RFQs.
• Strong understanding of ISO processes (ISO 27001 2022)
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master is a plus.
• Experience in Cloud platforms like AWS, AZURE, GCP is a plus.
• Experience in programming language like C#.NET, WPF, C/C++, Web technologies is a plus.
• Experience in device communication protocol like BACnet, TPC/IP, UDP, OPC UA etc is a plus.
