Roles and Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in managing complex, cross- functional projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management, People Management, Cost Control, Quality Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management and ISO processes. This role requires the ability to manage projects from planning to delivery and a deep understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Manage project scope, budget, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Drive project execution, ensuring quality standards are met throughout all project phases. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation. Strong understanding of estimation techniques for creating project proposals and RFQs. Strong understanding of ISO processes (ISO 27001 2022) Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master is a plus.
