Project Manager - IT Projects

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for managing client communication, project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals. The role demands strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced IT environment.

Role & responsibilities:

• Plan, initiate, and oversee IT projects from inception to delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate and manage internal teams (developers, designers, QA, etc.) to achieve project objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track project performance, using appropriate tools and techniques, and report on KPIs.
• Ensure projects adhere to company standards, compliance, and quality assurance guidelines.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management or software development project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• PMP, CSM, or other project management certification (preferred but not mandatory).
