Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

Handling end to end recruitment
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization
To source profiles based on the job description from various sourcing portals
Screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Networking with various institutes, colleges and hiring partners for campus placements
Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
Responsible for Employee Engagement and Employee Relation
Coordinate the on-boarding process to ensure a warm welcome for new employees
Schedule orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company culture, values, policies, and procedures
Provide an overview of the organisation's history, mission, vision, and goals

Desired Candidate Profile :

Should Have hands-on experience in IT recruitment
Should have good communication skill
Should have more than 1 year of relevant experience
Should be ready to work from office
