Job Description

Interex Designs LLP is seeking an experienced Project Manager (5+ years) to lead and deliver high-end interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, budgeting, execution, and coordination to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage interior projects from
concept to handover
, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
Coordinate with
designers, site teams, vendors, and clients
to ensure smooth project flow.
Prepare and monitor
project schedules, BOQs, and cost estimates
.
Supervise on-site execution and ensure
design quality, workmanship, and safety compliance
.
Conduct
regular site meetings and client updates
to track progress and resolve issues.
Approve
vendor bills, quotations, and material selections
in coordination with the billing team.
Ensure all documentation, drawings, and reports are up-to-date and accurate.
Lead and motivate on-site teams to maintain high productivity and project standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Diploma
in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience
in interior project management or fit-out execution.
Strong understanding of
materials, finishes, and execution processes
.
Proficiency in
MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel
.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and problem-solving
skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
