Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead our interior design projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a deep understanding of the interior project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete project lifecycle from planning to handover
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution
• Maintain project documentation and conduct regular progress reviews
• Lead on-site teams and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Troubleshoot project challenges and ensure smooth execution

Candidate Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in interior project management
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of design coordination, BOQ, and project workflows
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD; project management tools preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
