Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying and converting new project opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, hotel chains, corporates, and key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Lead business pitches, presentations, and proposal submissions.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
• Coordinate with internal design and execution teams to align client expectations and project delivery.
• Attend networking events, trade fairs, and exhibitions to enhance brand presence.
  

Candidate Requirements

• 
  Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development within the interior design, architecture, real estate, or construction industry.
• Proven track record of acquiring and closing large-scale commercial or hospitality projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong professional network and market understanding.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Immediate joining is required.
• MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
