The Hindustan Group of Institutions (HGI) is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee strategic initiatives across our diverse educational institutions. The ideal candidate will be a strong organizer and communicator, capable of coordinating multi-stakeholder projects that contribute to academic excellence, operational efficiency, and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects across academic, administrative, and infrastructure domains from initiation to completion.

• Coordinate with multiple institutions under HGI, engaging with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

• Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk management strategies.

• Track milestones, prepare reports, and present updates to leadership.

• Implement best practices in project management and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.

• Manage resources, vendors, and cross-functional teams effectively.

• Drive process improvements and support innovation in institutional operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in education, corporate, government or institutional projects.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, etc.).

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results under deadlines.
