Key Responsibilities
• Overall project planning, scheduling & execution for civil, steel and utilities
• Manage PEB fabrication & erection, foundations, flooring, infrastructure works
• Monitor daily site progress, DPR, billing, BOQ and contractor productivity
• Ensure QA/QC, HSE compliance, site housekeeping & statutory approvals
• Coordination with Design Team, Purchase, Vendors, Consultants & Government authorities
• Ensure zero delay, cost control, and risk mitigation • Ensure machinery erection, utilities commissioning, and site handover
Required Experience
• 10 to 30+ years in Greenfield factory / Industrial buildings / PEB projects
• Experience in Civil + Steel Structures
+ MEP works is mandatory
• Strong Contractor Management + Labour Management skills
• Experience in Manufacturing Plant setups preferred
Qualification • B.E / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Work Location & Schedule • Full-time on site at Badanguppe, Chamarajanagar
6-day week | Project Duration: 12–15 months
