Job
: Project Manager \u2013 FastTrack(Returnees- Returnship Programme)
Location - Bengaluru- KA
Work Mode - Work from Office
Compensation - Commensurate with role and project responsibility
Type of Returnship - Work from Office
Period of Returnship - 3 months
Technical Skills

Drive sales targets for fastrack channel.

Drive performance of New stores, Top 50 and concern stores

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, commercial, legal, business development and IRSG to ensure end-to-end process for new stores and renovations.

Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure closure of projects as per timelines and achieve business objectives.

Drive quality of execution

Identify new opportunities for penetrating into new towns/locations.

Work closely with regional BD/sales team to identify properties/franchisees that are in line with brand guidelines.

Monitor timelines for new stores and renovations.

Customer Service

Provides support for others.

Motivates others.

Counsels, addresses, guides.

Delegates with respect.

Written and Verbal Communication

Writes clearly and concisely.
