Job description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and manage digital marketing projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget while collaborating with multiple teams. You will be the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring that all projects align with client objectives and company standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, SEM, content, social media, creative, web team etc.) to ensure the seamless execution of the project. Monitor project progress, troubleshoot delays, and ensure on-time delivery. Client Management Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing status updates. Manage client expectations, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and address client needs. Handle client feedback and make necessary adjustments to meet client goals. Team Collaboration & Leadership Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Facilitate effective communication between creative, development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment. Resolve issues and conflicts within the team and mediate to maintain project flow. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members to improve productivity and team dynamics. Performance Tracking & Reporting (along with respective team members) Track key project metrics (KPIs), campaign performance, analyzing data to improve the future metrics of the projects. Generate comprehensive reports for clients and internal leadership on the effectiveness of campaigns, milestones, and project health (along with respective team members) Identify opportunities for optimization in project management processes. Risk Management Identify potential risks and issues within projects, developing mitigation strategies to avoid delays or budget overruns. Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines where applicable. Process Improvement Continuously review project management processes and make recommendations for improvements. Implement best practices for digital marketing project management, including using appropriate tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, project management, or related field. 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or advertising agency or in any IT company. Proven experience in understanding digital marketing simultaneously (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, etc.). Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools. Excellent communication and client management skills with a track record of managing client relationships. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail. Key Competencies: Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve conflicts and manage multiple moving parts. Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle change effectively. Client Focus: Adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality client service. Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Education & Experience requirement: Any Graduation or MBA. 5+ years of experience in an advertising agency or in-house capacity working in a technology or entertainment company in project management Experience planning and executing full-funnel marketing project management Acute attention to detail, with experience building and managing complex processes and working in an ambiguous environment where timelines may shift Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Show more Show less
