Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager with 20+ years of experience in the construction and building industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of a wide range of construction projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, ensure quality and safety, and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from concept to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities and subcontractors.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and reporting tools.
• Mitigate project risks through proactive planning and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and claims with vendors and clients.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years of experience in project management within the construction or building sector.
• Proven track record of delivering complex commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Pay: From ₹75,000.00 per month
