Job Description

Sales Executive – Real Estate (Flats/Apartments Sales)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, site visits, and referrals.
  • Respond promptly to walk-in inquiries, online leads, and calls from potential buyers.
  • Client Interaction & Relationship Building:
  • Understand the customer's real estate needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and site meetings.
  • Product Knowledge & Presentation:
  • Provide accurate information about the project features, floor plans, amenities, pricing, payment plans, possession timelines, and legal documentation.
  • Arrange and conduct site visits for potential buyers and explain the project layout, model flats, and location benefits.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closure:
  • Negotiate terms of agreement and close deals.
  • Assist clients in the booking process, paperwork, and initial payment stages.
  • Coordinate with the CRM/legal/finance teams for smooth handover post-booking.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor pricing, offerings, and sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and project team for promotional improvements.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and pipeline updates using CRM software or spreadsheets.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and submit them to the sales manager.
  • Event Participation & Branding:
  • Represent the company at property expos, site events, and promotional campaigns to generate leads and boost brand visibility.

Additional Expectations:

  • Work during weekends and public holidays as per business demands (with compensatory offs).
  • Maintain professionalism and integrity when dealing with high-value real estate transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and other legal documentation requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
