Sales Executive – Real Estate (Flats/Apartments Sales) Key Roles and Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, site visits, and referrals. Respond promptly to walk-in inquiries, online leads, and calls from potential buyers. Client Interaction & Relationship Building: Understand the customer's real estate needs, preferences, and budget. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat and referral business. Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and site meetings. Product Knowledge & Presentation: Provide accurate information about the project features, floor plans, amenities, pricing, payment plans, possession timelines, and legal documentation. Arrange and conduct site visits for potential buyers and explain the project layout, model flats, and location benefits. Sales Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate terms of agreement and close deals. Assist clients in the booking process, paperwork, and initial payment stages. Coordinate with the CRM/legal/finance teams for smooth handover post-booking. Market & Competitor Analysis: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor pricing, offerings, and sales strategies. Provide feedback to the marketing and project team for promotional improvements. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and pipeline updates using CRM software or spreadsheets. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and submit them to the sales manager. Event Participation & Branding: Represent the company at property expos, site events, and promotional campaigns to generate leads and boost brand visibility. Additional Expectations: Work during weekends and public holidays as per business demands (with compensatory offs). Maintain professionalism and integrity when dealing with high-value real estate transactions. Ensure compliance with RERA and other legal documentation requirements.
