Project Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Engineer with experience in construction or building projects. The ideal candidate will support the project management team in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring that all technical aspects are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong engineering knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and on-site personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through final handover.
• Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities.
• Monitor project progress and report technical issues, delays, and potential risks to the project manager.
• Support in the preparation of RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure technical compliance.
• Assist in material take-offs, procurement, and inventory tracking.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Participate in site meetings and maintain accurate project records, logs, and documentation.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks under the direction of the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction practices, and project workflows.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or similar design/project management tools.
• Familiarity with codes, standards, and permitting processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
