Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, procurement, and site teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare, review, and monitor project schedules, BOQs, and progress reports to maintain timelines and quality.
• Ensure all project activities align with design intent, technical specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth site operations and adherence to project plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site challenges promptly.
• Monitor budgets, cost control, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver projects within time, quality, and cost expectations while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in

  commercial interior fit-out project management

  , preferably in the Hyderabad market.
• Strong knowledge of

  BOQ preparation, project lifecycle management, and fit-out execution

  .
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and scheduling software.

Preferred Skills:

• End-to-end understanding of commercial interior fit-out processes.
• Strong project management and team leadership capabilities.
• Expertise in BOQ management and complete project lifecycle execution.
