Job Description

OVERVIEW:

The Project Manager, Pharmacovigilance (PV) Solutions is responsible for day-to-day project management and oversight of non-linguistic PV projects, and may be in daily and regular contact with clients. This role is required to meet all client timelines and work in conjunction with fellow Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Python Specialists, Pharmacovigilance Specialists, and Sales stakeholders, and is accountable for the success of all nonlinguistic PV projects.


DESCRIPTION:

  • Oversee and execute internal workflows related to PV projects, including but not limited to:

o Safety Case Review Management

o Documentation, standard deliverables, and reporting based on client requests, via TPT proprietary technology

  • Monitor and communicate project progress, ensure strict adherence to deadlines, and ultimately produce high quality deliverables
  • Partner with Project Coordinators on administrative tasks related to all assigned projects
  • Grow existing client relationships through service and technology-led development
  • Drive Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP) best practices on all projects, with a strong focus on Good Documentation Practice
  • Partner with Program Managers, Compliance, and Sales to strengthen client relationships, improve internal production processes, and guide new areas for the business
  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in all TransPerfect software and hardware related to TP’s service lines
  • Aptitude to learn and excel in various technology mediums
  • Client CAPA management – able to investigate quality/service/timeliness issues for relevant projects
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables to client
  • Strong organizational skills


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Project Management experience or within the Life Sciences / Pharmacovigilance industry


DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident when interacting with internal stakeholders, able to explain production processes and help drive internal improvements
  • Work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures
  • Build relationships with clients and co-workers
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
