Job Description: Architecture Project Manager (On-Site) About Us: Design Narrative is an Architecture firm based out of Cochin with 4+ Years of experience. Job Description: We are looking for experienced project coordinators. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced enviornment. Key Responsibilities: Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all work meets the required quality standards, specifications, and safety regulations. Material Procurement: Oversee the purchase and timely delivery of construction materials, ensuring that the right quality and quantities are available on-site as needed. Timely Project Delivery: Monitor project progress, coordinate timelines, and ensure that all milestones are met on schedule, addressing any delays or issues promptly. Drawing & Design Accuracy: Review architectural drawings and on-site conditions to ensure accuracy and alignment with the design intent. Ensure proper implementation of design details on-site. Team Coordination: Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns or requests. Qualification required: Fluent in Malayalam, English and Hindi Experience in construction/ Interior site supervision ( Min 1yr Site Experience ) Diploma / Graduation/ Work Experience will be added advantage Two Wheeler License and own vehicle is a must Location: Cochin Job Type: Full - Time, Permanent Working Time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Willingness to travel: Yes How to apply: If you are a motivated professional looking to grow with us, we invite you to apply.
