Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with proven expertise in handling Project Management Consultancy (PMC) responsibilities. The ideal candidate will oversee architectural and interior projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and smooth coordination between all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from concept to completion with PMC methodologies
• Coordinate between clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with design intent, quality standards, and statutory requirements
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution, resolve issues, and ensure progress
• Identify risks, implement corrective measures, and maintain project efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Project Management / PMC roles (interiors/architecture industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, contracts, and site coordination
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines
