Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed as per drawings, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with contractors and the office team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors
• Track site progress and report to the project manager/architect
• Maintain safety standards and ensure a clean, organized worksite
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• 1–3 years of site supervision experience (freshers with good knowledge can apply)
• Ability to read and understand architectural/structural drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
