Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations for our interior and landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with teams and vendors, ensuring work quality, and meeting project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure that work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and site progress.
• Prepare daily site reports and update management on work status.
• Maintain quality control and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Handle on-site issues promptly and ensure effective problem-solving.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and cleanliness at the worksite.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-out or landscaping projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction and finishing materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Problem-solving attitude with a focus on timely project delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
