Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Interior Coordinator to manage and coordinate interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients, designers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to implement interior design plans
• Oversee procurement of materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes
• Monitor site work to ensure design intent and quality are maintained
• Prepare and maintain project timelines and reports
• Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor negotiations
• Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Project Management
• 2–8 years of experience in interior project coordination
• Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and site execution processes
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work closely with site teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
