Project Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Your role will involve managing administrative and operational elements of projects, predicting required resources, ensuring quality and timely delivery of project milestones, engaging with clients, managing stakeholders, and utilizing industry best practices throughout the project execution. Additionally, you will measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Manage administrative and operational elements of projects to assure successful completion and client satisfaction while meeting company goals - Predict resources needed and manage them effectively - Responsible for project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing - Ensure quality and timely delivery of project milestones - Engage with clients and ensure their satisfaction - Manage stakeholder communication - Lead and motivate resources - Represent management at critical meetings - Communicate regularly with clients - Ensure adherence to Cogitate's SDLC processes - Utilize industry best practices and standards - Measure project performance for improvement opportunities Qualifications: - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred - Proven problem-solving ability - Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices - Full project life cycle experience - Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills - Ability to complete projects within scope, budget, and timeline Additional Information: Qualification: BE / B. Tech / MCA / B. Sc.
