Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager with over 10 years of experience and strong expertise in Agile methodologies and project management practices . The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills , a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of project delivery including planning, tracking, backlog management, and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines.
Track and manage daily project activities , ensuring alignment with goals and deliverables.
Oversee and manage the product backlog and Continuous Improvement (CI) log .
Facilitate issue and risk tracking , ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed.
Manage and document requirements tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
Drive Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives , and reviews .
Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Project Management , preferably in technical environments .
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
Proven experience in backlog grooming , sprint planning, and Agile delivery.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in managing CI logs, risks, issues , and requirements tracking .
Certified in Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe) and/or PMP .
