Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Manager who can take ownership of high-impact projects and drive them to successful completion. The role calls for someone who is quick on their feet, thrives in fast-changing environments, and can confidently coordinate with people from diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and government/industry stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Adapt quickly to changing requirements, challenges, and priorities while keeping projects on track.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear action points for non-technical stakeholders.
• Anticipate risks, remove bottlenecks, and propose creative solutions on short timelines.
• Maintain clear and professional communication across all levels from engineers to senior management.
• Monitor progress using structured tools and provide timely updates, reports, and escalations.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality, budget, and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in project management, preferably in defence, aerospace, technology, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong interpersonal skills — proven ability to coordinate across teams with varied skill sets and backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver results on tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or equivalent).
• Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) are an added advantage.
