Project Manager-Civil

We are looking for a Civil Project Manager, he has to execute and closes construction projects, managing budgets, schedules, resources, and teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating engineers and contractors, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, managing finances, overseeing site progress, and fostering communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Scope: Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, creating detailed plans and budgets.
• Team Leadership: Manage and lead project teams, including civil engineers, contractors, and other staff, providing guidance and resolving conflicts.
• Budget & Financial Management: Develop, track, and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and approving invoices and change orders.
• Scheduling: Create and manage project schedules, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordination & Communication: Liaise with architects, engineers, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate activities and ensure clear communication.
• Quality Control: Ensure projects meet quality standards, conducting site inspections and reviewing designs and specifications.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines, maintaining a safe work environment.
• Procurement & Contracts: Manage the procurement process, including bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and vendor selection.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports on costs, timelines, and progress to stakeholders.
• Education: B. Tech -Civil
• Experience: 15-25 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
