Role Description

This is a full-time on site role for a Project Manager (PM) in a civil construction company. PM is responsible for the planning, execution, and successful completion of specific construction projects. The PM serves as the central coordinator between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Qualifications

Educational

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

- (Or) Diploma in Civil Engineering

Professional Experience

- 8-10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering or construction, with a focus on site management, project coordination, and on‑site execution of building projects (apartments, hospitals etc.)

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Proven teamwork and collaboration skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication
