Project Manager (Civil)

As a Project Manager at Sun Infraa Trends Pvt. Ltd., your role involves overseeing project management activities with a focus on individual villas and residential separate houses. Your responsibilities include: - Managing construction projects with a strong emphasis on quality and safety norms - Providing leadership and coordinating with teams and clients - Handling project documentation and ensuring effective communication in English - Demonstrating proficiency in project management tools Qualifications required for this position include: - Diploma or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management - Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably with PMC experience - Prior experience in residential bungalows and individual villas Soft skills such as proficiency in MS-Word, MS-Excel, and ERP software are preferred for this role. Please note that candidates with experience limited to residential bungalows and individual villas are eligible for this position; those with experience in highrise buildings, tower buildings, PWD projects, or road projects are not eligible.
